Vividi's Age Restriction Policy
Vividi has a strict age restriction policy to prevent underaged users from joining the platform. If an account violation involving age is detected, use of Vividi may be restricted or suspended. To contest this, identity verification is required to confirm your eligibility to use the service.
Steps to Verify Your Age:
1. Open Vividi: Launch the app.
2. Contact Us: On the Age Restriction pop-up, click "Contact Us".
3. Attach the following 2 documents in PDF, png or jpg:
(i) Photo ID: mask all personal info except your Date of Birth and your photograph; AND
(ii) Photo: a clear photograph (e.g. a selfie) with your face clearly visible, holding up the same Photo ID (next to your face).

Unsupported Forms of ID
- Club membership cards
- IDs without face-photo
Important Guidelines
- Ensure your ID number and any address information are masked (e.g., with sticky tape), but your date of birth and face-photograph must be visible.

- Once your date of birth is verified, your ID document photo will be deleted.
- Your ID document photo will not be shared with third parties.
