Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please turn off the GPS system, turn it back on, then restart our Vividi app.
If this does not solve the problem, please go to the Message tab and click on the Settings icon. Then click on Help center, submit a request along with the screenshots of both Vividi Display and Apple map(containing the wrong location).
