If you are having trouble purchasing gems or items, please try restarting the app.
If it doesn't work, please go to the Message tab and click on the Settings icon. Then click on Help center, submit a request along with the iTunes receipt and your Vividi account so we can get all the necessary information such as the order number, purchase amount, and order date for reference.
