AZAR LIVE HOST EVENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to the promotion event ("Event”) that is being organized by Hyperconnect LLC with its registered office at 20F, ASEM Tower, 517, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, hereafter referred to as “Vividi”, from Friday, March 17th of 2023 to Sunday, April 9th of 2023.
Article 1 – Eligibility
This Event is open to residents of Korea only.
To enter this Event, you MUST:
- Be over 19 on the start date of Promotion Period
- Have an active Vividi account until the end of the Event Period.
Employees of Vividi, its group of companies, their families, agencies and agents are excluded from participation. Once you have registered an account on Vividi, you will be automatically entered into this event to win the prizes specified below.
Article 2 – Prize Promotion
The Event will be organized by Vividi from 17th of March 2023 00:00 KST to 10th of April 2023 00:00 KST (“Promotion Period”).
The winning categories for the promotion period are as follows:

Vividi reserves the right to eliminate, for whatever reason, participations that are considered fraudulent, in violation of these Terms or Vividi’s Terms of Service or reduce to one valid participation any multiple participations, without having to justify its decision or without having to obtain the agreement from the excluded participant(s).
Article 3 - Designation of the winners
The winners of this Event will receive stars after each period above and will be notified individually through Team Message from the Vividi Live Team.
Article 4 – Prizes
The top 3 hosts of each period will be eligible to receive stars on Vividi. Top 1 will receive 200,000 stars. Top 2 will receive 150,000 stars. Top 3 will receive 100,000 stars.
Vividi reserves the right to replace an item with alternative items of equal value if circumstances beyond Vividi’s control makes it necessary to do so. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other value nor can it be redeemed by the winner for any other prize. To the extent permitted by law, the prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Article 5 - Privacy
Personal data supplied during the course of this Event will be processed in accordance with Vividi’s Privacy Policy available at azarlive.com, or as otherwise set out in these Terms. Vividi will only use personal data submitted for the purpose of announcing the winners and distributing prizes.
If you are the winner of a prize, you will be contacted personally by Vividi.
Article 6 - General
Should there be any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Korean versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Korean version shall prevail.
The decision of Vividi regarding any aspect of the Event is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon entry. You acknowledge that participation in this Event is entirely at your own risk. It will not be possible to obtain any compensation from Vividi. Vividi reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms or Vividi’s Terms of Service.
Vividi reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Event where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Vividi, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up their prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Vividi, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
This Event will be governed by the laws of the Republic Korea and entrants to the prize draws submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
