These terms and conditions apply to the promotion event ("Event”) that is being organized by Hyperconnect LLC with its registered office at 20F, ASEM Tower, 517, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, hereafter referred to as “Vividi”, from Tuesday, 18th April of 2023 07:00 AST to Monday, May 1st of 2023 23:59 AST (“Event Period”).
Article 1 – Eligibility
To participate in this Event, you MUST:
● Be over 18 on the start date of the Event Period
● Be a resident of at least one of the following countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt, Bahrain, or Oman
● Have an active azar account until the end of the Event
Employees of Vividi, its group of companies, their families, agencies and agents are excluded from participation.
Article 2 – Event Information
The Event will be held by Vividi from Tuesday, 18th April of 2023 07:00 AST to Monday, May 1st of 2023 23:59 AST. Users can receive the event rewards by participating in the Vividi Eid Reward event for (7) seven days during the Event Period as follows:

Users can initiate the participation for the Event by clicking the claim button on the event webpage. Users will have one (1) week to go to the event webpage(link) and claim the reward. Users must click the “Claim” button on the event webpage each day (from 07:00 AST to 23:59 AST of each calendar day) to complete the event participation for each day and receive the reward for the day. Otherwise, users cannot claim the reward for the corresponding day. Each user can participate in the Event for one (1) week during the Event Period.
Users can pre-register for the event from Wednesday, 15th March of 2023 07:00 AST to Wednesday, March 22th of 2023 23:59 AST. Users who pre-register (link) and participate in the Event will receive bonus rewards as follows:

Vividi reserves the right to eliminate, for whatever reasons, participants that are considered fraudulent, in violation of these Terms or Vividi’s Terms of Service without having to justify its decision or obtain agreement from the excluded participant(s).
Article 3 – Privacy
Personal data supplied during the course of this Event (e.g., your Vividi usercode) will be processed in accordance with Vividi’s Privacy Policy.
Article 4 – General
The decisions of Vividi regarding any aspects of the Event are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into with regard to such decisions.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon entry. You acknowledge that participation in this Event is entirely at your own risk. It will not be possible to obtain any compensation from Vividi. Vividi reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms or Vividi’s Terms of Service.
Vividi reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Event where it becomes necessary to do so at its discretion.
Insofar as is permitted by applicable law, Vividi, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up their prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Vividi, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
This Event will be governed by the laws of the Republic Korea and entrants to the Event submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
