Eligibility for Rewards
The Gifter Badge will be awarded to the Top 3 gifters per territory ("Eligible User"), as determined solely by Vividi in its absolute discretion, based on internal calculations ("Eligibility"). For the avoidance of doubt, only gems purchased by a user from Vividi, and subsequently gifted by the same user to a host will count towards the Eligibility for the Rewards. The following categories of gems will not count towards Eligibility: [(a) gems earned from challenges, (b) refunded gems, and/or (c) any gems obtained by a user in breach of Vividi's terms and conditions. -
Reward Details
The Gifter Badge is a digital reward and is:
- Non-transferable
- Non-exchangeable

Non-assignable to any other account or user.
It is limited to the eligible User's Vividi account only.

Reward Distribution
Eligible Users will automatically receive the Gifter Badge following the conclusion of the event. Users who do not meet Eligibility will not be notified. Vividi makes no express or implied promises to any Eligible User regarding the timeliness, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the Gifter Badge. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable laws, Vividi shall not be liable to any user (including any Eligible User) for any injury, loss, claim, damage, cost, disbursement or expense of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the campaign.
