[With Facebook app]
If you would like to log in to Vividi with another Facebook account using the Facebook app, you can do so by switching between accounts from the Facebook app and clicking on 'Login with the Facebook app'.
[Without Facebook app]
If you would like to log in to Vividi with another Facebook account without using the Facebook app, whether it be by email or phone number, please try the steps below:
Step 1: Log out of your Facebook account from Safari.
Open the Safari app.
Go to Facebook.com and click 'Log Out' from settings.
Please, try step 2 if the previous one did not help.
Step 2: Try the following:
For iOS users: Go to Settings -> Safari -> Advanced -> Website Data -> Edit -> Delete facebook.com -> Press Done
For Android users: Open the Chrome app > More > History > Find the entry you want to delete (Facebook) > Tap remove
If this still hasn't worked, please, try the step below:
Step 3: Clear your history and data by doing the following:
For iOS users: Go to Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data -> Clear History and Data
For Android users: Open the Chrome app > Tap More > Settings > Tap Privacy and security > Clear browsing data > Choose a time interval > Select the type of information you want to remove > Tap Clear data.
Please try steps 4 and 5 if the previous ones haven't helped.
Step 4: Please, uninstall the Vividi app, reinstall it and try again.
Step 5: Reboot your phone and try again.
