To request a copy of your personal data, please follow these steps:
Request My Vividi Data:
1. Go to your profile on Vividi.
2. Navigate to ‘Settings’.
3. Select ‘Account Settings’.
4. Tap on ‘Request My Vividi Data’.
You will need to provide a valid email address and set a password to protect the copy of your data. After submitting your request, you will receive a zip file containing your data via email. Please ensure you provide your own email address and remember the password, as it will be required to unlock the file.
