Please check that Vividi has access to data from [device setting] - [Vividi] - [ALLOW VIVIDI TO ACCESS - Cellular Data ON]
Please check if this problem occurs when you are connected to Wi-Fi networks.
Logging in to Vividi with a different Facebook account
[With Facebook app]
If you would like to log in to Vividi with another Facebook account using the Facebook app, you can do so by changing the account from the Facebook app and clicking ‘Login with the Facebook app’.
[Without Facebook app]
If you would like to log in to Vividi with another Facebook account without using the Facebook app, whether it be by email or phone number, please try the following steps below.
Step 1: Log out of your Facebook account from Safari.
- Click and run the Safari app.
- Go to Facebook.com and click ‘Log Out’ from settings.
(Please try step 2 if this did not help)
Step 2: Try the directions below.
Settings -> Safari -> Advanced -> Website Data -> Edit -> Delete facebook.com -> Press Done
(Please try step 3 if this did not help)
Step 3: Clearing the history and data by the following direction
Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data -> Clear History and Data
(Please try steps 4 and 5 if this did not help)
Step 4: Please uninstall Vividi, reinstall and try again.
Step 5: Please reboot your phone and try again.
