After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the Vividi service entirely.

Vividi will remain accessible until the service termination date. After this date, the service will no longer be available.
Gems
- Purchases of Gems will be disabled starting on [2026/02/03].
- Remaining Gems may be used until the service termination date.
- Any unused Gems remaining after the service ends will no longer be available.
- Gems that have already been used are not eligible for refunds.
Vividi Unlimited Subscription
- New purchases of Vividi Unlimited will be disabled starting on [2026/02/03].
- Existing subscriptions will not renew after this date.
- Active subscriptions may be used until the end of the current billing period or the service termination date, whichever comes first.
- No further charges will occur after the service is discontinued.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so directly through the platform you used to subscribe (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- Deleting the Vividi app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
- After cancellation, subscription benefits remain available for the remaining paid period.
- Paid fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Personal Data
- All personal information collected for the purpose of providing Vividi services will be processed and deleted in accordance with Vividi’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
