Please try the steps below:
for Android users:
- Turn off the GPS for 10 seconds and turn it on again.
- Make Sure You Gave The App Permission To Use Your Location "Settings" > "Location" > Turn "Use location" on.
- Help your phone get a more accurate location "Settings" > "Location" > "Advanced" > "Google Location Accuracy" > Turn "Improve Location Accuracy" on.
for iOS users:
Please turn off the GPS system, turn it back on, then restart our Vividi app.
If this does not solve the problem, please go to your profile and click on the Settings icon. Then click on Help center, and submit a request along with the screenshots of both Vividi Display and Apple map(containing the wrong location).
