1. Please check your [device setting] - [Vividi] - [ALLOW VIVIDI TO ACCESS - Cellular Data ON]
2. Please check if this problem occurs when you are connected to Wi-Fi networks.

What should I do if I can't log in with my Apple ID?
If you have trouble signing in to Vividi with Apple ID, please follow the instructions below:
1. Go to your device settings and click on your name
2. Tap on [Password & Security]
3. Then [Apple ID logins]
4. Select Vividi and press [Stop using Apple ID]
5. Restart Vividi and sign in to the app again.
