We provide account deletion through the app.
1. Go to your Profile and click on the Settings icon.
2. Tap on "About Vividi" for Android users, or for iOS users, "Account settings".
3. Click on "Delete account".
4. A confirmation pop-up will appear. If you are sure you want to delete your account, press "Delete account".
Please be aware that once your account is closed, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
